Official Tax Resources

Direct links to IRS and New Jersey government information, forms, payment tools, and taxpayer-rights materials.

The links below lead to government websites. They are provided for general education and convenience. The Law Office of Steven J. Jozwiak does not control government content, forms, eligibility tools, processing times, or website availability.

Government tools are not legal advice. An online pre-qualifier, account transcript, or general FAQ may be useful, but it may not identify deadlines, disputed assessments, appeal rights, state liabilities, or the legal consequences of a submission.

  • Confirm that the form and revision date are current.
  • Read all instructions, eligibility rules, payment requirements, and signature declarations.
  • Do not submit incomplete financial information merely to meet a deadline without understanding the consequences.
  • Keep copies of submissions, proof of delivery, payment confirmations, and supporting documents.
  • Track response and appeal dates after the submission is made.

Discuss the notice, deadline, or collection issue you are facing.
